Thursday, July 25

Breaking and Entering

A report of a past breaking and entering on Eisenhower Road; on Truman Road.

Larceny

A report of rims from a car being taken overnight. Officer reviewed the video and documented the incident.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 10:19 a.m. on Andover Street. A report was taken; at 11:31 a.m. in the vicinity of Andover Street and Mount Pleasant Drive. No injuries were reported; at 11:48 a.m. in the vicinity of Andover Street and Buttonwood Lane. No injuries were reported.

Summons

A summons was issued to Sai Gayathri Bommidi for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after a motor vehicle accident at 12:31 p.m. on Andover Street. 

A summons was issued to Angel Marroquin for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after a motor vehicle accident involving three vehicles at 4:28 p.m. on Lynn Street.

A summons was issued to Ryan Combs for assault and battery after a report of a past road rage incident.

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 4:30 a.m. on Dublin Road. Caller reported someone trying to kick their front door in. They reported a possible male suspect on a bike last seen headed onto Lisburn Street and left a footprint on the door. A second call regarding the same incident was received from Gwennette Road. The officer stated the same suspect description from the previous call and documented the incident. 

Trespassing

A report of past trespassing on King Street.

Friday, July 26

Arrest

Douglas Macmillan, 39, of Dorchester, was arrested on charges of breaking and entering a motor vehicle at 1:37 p.m. in the vicinity of Andover Street.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 12:11 p.m. on Prospect Street.

Summons

A summons was issued to Andrew Deleary for assault and battery at 8:58 p.m. Margin St. Ct.  Caller reported he was punched in the face by the tenant of his guest house when confronting him about property damage he may be responsible for.

Saturday, July 27

Burglary Attempt

A report of an attempted burglary was made at 3:54 p.m. on Andover street. A caller reported she actively walked in on people trying to open her storage locker, there were broken locks.

Shoplifting

A report of shoplifting at 6:36 p.m. at Krappys Liquor, 175 Andover street. A caller reported male party who has previously shoplifted has returned to the store and would like assistance in trespassing that party. An office reported the party appeared intoxicated and stood by for a family member.

Disturbances

A report of a loud truck which woke the caller up was made at 3:19 a.m. on Mason Street. The vehicle was gone after the call, the caller did not want to make a formal report; at 2:22 p.m. on Main Street. The officer spoke to the calling party and other involved parties, the officer will document; at 2:47 p.m. on Collins Street. A resident of 14 Collins St. stated the upstairs neighbor was being loud. The office states the complaint was unfounded; at 6:32 p.m. on Bartholomew Street. The caller reported loud music; at 8:32 p.m. on Bartholomew Street. The caller reported a big party at a neighbor’s house. The narrative stated the music will be turned down; at 8:55 p.m. on Davis Terrace. A caller reported loud music and a party; at 9:09 p.m. on Bartholomew Street. A caller reported a party with loud music; at 9:55 p.m. on King Street. A caller reported two parties yelling but not in an argumentative way. Disturbance was unfounded; at 11:03 p.m. on Oak Street. A caller reported loud music. Parties were shut down.

Sunday, July 28

Disturbances

A report of a disturbance at 12:02 a.m. on Central Street; at 12:11 a.m. on Oak Street; at 12:29 a.m. on Janet Lane. Officer reported the party dispersed; at 1:05 a.m. on Harris Street.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 4:28 a.m. on Route 95 North.

Summons

A summons was issued to Widley Gai for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after a motor vehicle stop at 6:29 p.m. in the vicinity of Lynn Street and Bay State Boulevard. 

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 7:44 a.m. on Central Street. Caller reported a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of the Prestige Car Wash. The party reported the car as stolen to the Salem PD.

Monday, July 29

Arrests

Peter Leclair, 54, of Lynn, was arrested for possession of a Class B substance and other warrants after a motor vehicle stop at 6:32 p.m. in the vicinity of Lynn Street and Columbia Boulevard.

Wayne Heckman, 68, of Beverly, was arrested at 7:17 p.m. on Blaney Avenue after a restraining order violation.

Summons

A summons was issued to Ysael Martinez for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, and leaving the scene of personal injury, after a motor vehicle hit and run at 5:41 a.m. on Washington Street.

A summons was issued to Gabriella Lee Lopes for leaving the scene of property damage, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and a marked lanes violation, after a motor vehicle accident at 7:16 a.m. on Linden Road.
