A report of a loose medium, black and white dog at 9:38 a.m. Monday at Russell Street. Dog could not be located.

A report of a dispute over taxi fare at 12:39 a.m. Monday at Newbury St.
DPW Callout
A report of a load of manure in the middle of the road at 8:39 a.m. Monday at Lowell Street at Forest Street. DPW was notified.
Medical Emergency
A report of prisoner requiring medical attention at 4:10 a.m. Monday at 6 Allens Ln.
A report of a bicyclist falling over and getting scraped when trying to avoid a motor vehicle at 8:01 a.m. Monday at Lowell Street.
Motor Vehicle Accident
Officer stated that a motor vehicle appeared to have drove through fence and that the motor vehicle is in the middle of the cemetery at 10:06 a.m. Monday at Washington Street at Allens Lane. City of Peabody personnel arrived on scene.
A report of a motor vehicle accident between a vehicle and a bike, without injuries at 1:08 p.m. Monday at Andover Street.
Traffic/Motor Vehicle Complaint
Reporting party stated she can hear but does not see cars drag racing and burning rubber, and that it has been an ongoing issue at 5:10 p.m. Monday at Webster Street. Officer states all parties were not in the motor vehicle when he arrived and all three are legally parked. Report also states that all parties were not forthcoming with law enforcement.
Tuesday, May 21
Arrest
Denzel Wilhelmsen, 32, of Haverhill was arrested at 12:12 p.m. Tuesday at Central Street for a warrant with another department.
Assist Citizen
Party reported seeing his stolen moped at Dunkin’ Donuts at 9:07 a.m. Tuesday at 162 Washington St.
Gunshots – Sounds Reported
Resident reported gunshots from a red sedan at 6:02 p.m. Tuesday at Littles Lane, with no injuries in that resident. Another caller reports his motor vehicle was struck by gunfire and he became nervous and left the area. A 15-year-old juvenile was transported to the station and charged with a few counts of assault to murder, a few counts of possession of firearms or ammunition in dwelling, and a few counts of malicious destruction of property.
Lost or Found Property
A walk in report by a good samaritan who found a Brazilian passport at the bus stop at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday at 60 Andover Street. Passport will be in property drop box.
Wednesday, May 22
Summons
Jeremy Mack, 29, will be summonsed for malicious destruction of property.
Mateus Moreira Sampaio, 32, will be summonsed for failure to stop/yield and the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Ilma Da Cruz Piovani, 58, of Marlborough will be summonsed for driving without a license and failing to stop at a red light.
Assist Other Police Department
A report of a two-car motor vehicle accident at 5:55 p.m. Wednesday at 128 merge at Route 95 South. Caller wanted her infant passenger to be evaluated. There are no apparent injuries.
