Resident reported that he lost his yorkie at 4:24 p.m. at 12 Dustin Street, described as 4 pounds, mostly black and brown with gray hair at the back of the neck. The yorkie, named Pepper, has no collar or microchip.
Motor Vehicle Accidents
A report of a motor vehicle accident at 3:25 p.m. at 100 Lowell St. An involved party will be summonsed for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Animals
A stray kitten was brought to the Police Department at 2:51 p.m. Tuesday by a good samaritan. Walk-in was advised that PPD does not have a boarding facility to keep the kitten. Reporting party agreed to keep the kitten overnight.
Arrest
Justin Pierce, 38, was arrested for the operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor. Passerby reported a white pickup hit a tree, and DPW was notified of a tree down that was blocking the roadway.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 4:10 p.m. Tuesday at 0 Centennial Drive at 0 Route 128 South.
A report of a motor vehicle accident at 4:15 p.m. Tuesday at the vicinity of Summit Street.
A report of a two-car motor vehicle accident at 5:01 p.m. Tuesday at 104 Lowell Street. Willian Soares Siman, 25, will be summonsed for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Arrests
Toni Farinelli, 40, was arrested at 3:18 p.m. Wednesday at 100 Foster St. Farinelli is in custody for three warrants from another department.
Paulo Vitor Da Silva Veloso, 20, was arrested at 5:14 p.m. Wednesday for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Chelsea Everly, 30, of Salem, was arrested at 8:19 p.m. Wednesday at 47 Fairview Ave. for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor.
Burglary
A report of a burglary at 3:56 a.m. Wednesday at A-One Market located on 50 Central St. Reports of a front window broken, cash drawers open, and lottery tickets missing.

Animal
A yorkie was transported from the boarding facility to the Northeast Animal Shelter in Salem at 8:41 a.m. at the Four Seasons Pet Resorts at Prospect Street.
Arrest
Shivam Patel, 27, of Danvers, was arrested for the operating under the influence of drugs and class A possession at 10:04 p.m. at 135 Washington St.
Fraud
Employee reported at 3:21 p.m. at the North Shore Bank in 248 Andover St. that a customer attempted to withdraw a huge sum of money for a scam. Scam was stopped by the bank and no loss to a customer was reported.
Larceny
A report of a black scooter taken at 6:29 a.m. at Bresnahan Street.
Caller reported that the contents of a delivered package was stolen at 4:00 p.m. at Walnut Street.
Motor Vehicle Accidents
A report of a motor vehicle accident between a car and a motorcycle at 5:40 p.m. at Pulaski Street at Gardner Street.
Caller reported that a motor vehicle drove through the fence in the baseball field dugout at 11:47 p.m. at James Street Park.
Stolen Motor Vehicle
A report of a stolen motor vehicle at 11:25 a.m. at 156 Newbury St. Motor vehicle was located in Brimfield, and Renee McLellan, 38, of Brimfield, will be summonsed for the use of a motor vehicle without authority.
