Andres Saenz, a Lasell University student from Peabody, became a Certified Guest Service Professional this fall.
The CGSP designation is the highest acknowledgment of awarding-winning guest service for employees in the hospitality and tourism industry. The certification is conferred by American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute.
