To the editor,
As a longtime member of the Peabody City Council, known for my independence, honesty, and firm commitment to fiscal responsibility, I do not make endorsements lightly. But this year, I’m proud to offer my full and enthusiastic support to Jaclyn Corriveau in her campaign for City Council.
Peabody voters are being asked to fill two open seats on the Council this election. In my view, Jaclyn has done more than enough to earn one of them. No candidate has outworked her on the campaign trail. She’s been everywhere in this city — knocking on doors, listening to residents, attending neighborhood events, and humbly asking for your vote.
That kind of work ethic speaks volumes because how hard someone campaigns is often the clearest sign of how hard they’ll work once they’re elected. Jaclyn has shown that she’s ready to do the job — and will do it with the same grit and commitment she’s demonstrated every day of this campaign.
Jaclyn brings the humility and courage that makes a great public servant — and she’s exactly the kind of person I want to work with on the Council.
As a Peabody resident myself, I want someone on the Council who won’t be swayed by special interests or backroom politics — someone who will put residents first, always. I believe Jaclyn Corriveau is that person. She understands that representing Peabody means listening first, standing firm, and never selling out the people who put their trust in you.
Jaclyn has my vote, and I strongly encourage my fellow residents to give her theirs. She has earned it — and she’ll keep earning it every day she serves.

Councilor at Large, Peabody
