William DeAngelo, 46, of Glover Drive, was arrested at 2:14 p.m. Wednesday for charges of attaching plates, two other department warrants, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, unregistered motor vehicle, and uninsured motor vehicle.

Geronimo Confesor Espinal Sanchez, 46, of River Drive, was arrested at 2:19 p.m. Wednesday for another department’s warrant.

Washington Luiz De Oliveira, 37, of North Street, was arrested at 7:29 p.m. Saturday for charges of operating under the influence of liquor, operating under the influence of drugs, and improper operation of a motor vehicle.

Heather Lynch, 38, of Birchcrest Street, was arrested at 11 p.m. Saturday for three other department warrants, identity fraud, number plate violation to conceal identity, receiving a stolen motor vehicle, and receiving stolen property.
