Leyenda 1925, a high-end, luxury tequila rooted in nearly a century of González family tradition from Los Altos de Jalisco, Mexico, is now available on the North Shore.
Among the many tequila options available, Leyenda 1925 stands out for what doesn’t come in the bottle: no additives, no artificial flavors, no shortcuts. According to a brand representative, Leyenda 1925 tequila is pure agave, clean water and time.
“It’s so pure, you could pour it on your hands and feel the difference – but trust me, it’s better in a glass,” the brand representative wrote.
A tribute to generations of artisanal tequila-making, Leyenda 1925 is available in three premium variations:
- Blanco: crystal clear and perfect for sipping or refined cocktails
- Reposado: aged in used white oak barrels
- Añejo: a rich, full-bodied spirit also aged for those seeking depth and elegance.
Born from the González family’s deep roots, this tequila is a tribute to their heritage, integrity and multigenerational craft, according to the brand representative.

Leyenda 1925 can be purchased at Temazcal Tequila Cantina in Lynnfield, Tony C’s in Burlington, Peabody and Sommerville and the Liquor Warehouse in Haverhill, among others.
