A report of a disturbance at 1:06 a.m. on Walnut Street at Central Street. A group was leaving the club. Could not locate/GOA; a report at 5:59 a.m. on Cashman Road. Caller reported witnessing two femaleparties arguing in the street. Investigated; a report at 7:58 a.m. at Dunkin’ on Lynnfield street. A female was yelling. Services rendered; a report at 12: 11 p.m. on Woodlawn Avenue. Caller reported a verbal argument between a male and a female. Arrest made; a report at 2:01 p.m. on Berkshire Road. Arrests

Paul William O’Donnell, 43, of Salem Street, was arrested at 12:46 p.m. for charges of assault and battery on family/household member, assault and battery on a child with injury, child endangerment, and witness/juror/police/court official intimidation. 

MacKenzie N. Eppinger, 30, of Harris Street, was arrested at 1:55 p.m. for assault and battery on family/household member and vandalizing property.

A report of citizen assistance at 12:43 p.m. at Treadwell’s Ice Cream on Margin Street. Party reported a past accident. Serives rendered. 

Attempted Burglary

A report of an attempted burglary at 12:56 p.m. at Gamestop on Andover Street. Services rendered.

Two males were in a yard and the homeowner didn’t know them. The homeowner suffered from dementia and ther were no issues. Caregiver on scene. Services rendered. 

Traffic Hazard

A report of a traffic hazard at 2:18 p.m. on Centennial drive. A tree was down. DPW notified. 

Unwanted Person/Guest

A report of an unwanted person/guest at 8:06 a.m. at Mobil on Newbury Street. Customer refused to leave the location. Services rendered. 

Friday, June 6 

Arrest

Jatzlia Melendez Andino, 37, of Cabot Street was arrested at 8:31 a.m. for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

A report of a carbon monoxid alarm at 6:24 a.m. on Magnolia Way. 

A report of a burglar alarm at 4:50 a.m. on Lynnfield Street 

Animal Control

A report of animal control at 8:26 a.m. on Dobbs road. Caller reported two of her cats missing. Services rendered; a report at 8:55 a.m. on Andover Street. Caller reported she found an emaciated stray female with no tags but she was wearing a flea collar. Services rendered; a report at 9:15 a.m. on Ontario Street. Caller reported a man with an emaciated German Shepherd in the dog park. Services rendered; a report at 10:23 a.m. at the Police Department on Allens Lane/ a Party who found a stray beagle brought the dog to the PPD to get scanned for a microchip. No chip was found. A report of a traffic hazard at 6:19 a.m. on Route 128 South. Caller reported a deer struck on the highway. Mass State Police notified.

Animal Control

A report of animal control at 12:13 p.m. on Villa Lane at Magnolia Terrace. Possible rabid raccoon. Could not locate/GOA; a report at 1:55 p.m. on Cran Brook Way. A dog was locked out on the porch for an hour barking. Services rendered.

A report of citizen assistance at 9:44 a.m. on Buford road. Power went out for an elderly couple. Services rendered; a report at 9:48 a.m. on Allens Lane. A walk-in reported that his hous ewas broken into over the last several days and money has gone missing. Investigated; a report at 11 a.m. on Hog Hill Road. Caller believed that the trash company trespassed. Investigated; a rapport at 11:18 a.m. on Elizabeth Lane. Caller reported a previous tenant trespassing. Investigated; a report at 11:58 a.m. on Aborn Street. A dog was run over. Services rendered; a report at 11:59 a.m. at Storage Sense of Peabody on Foster Street. Caller wanted to make a report that the landlord for the storage business was about to auction off her items. Advised civil action.

Reports of burglar alarms at 12:49 a.m. on Buxton Lane, 4:02 a.m. at Eastern Bank on Foster Street, and 4:55 a.m. on Lowell Street.

A report of a fire alarm at 9:06 p.m. at Alexan Peabody on Newbury Street.

A report of animal contro at 9:16 a.m. on Joy Road. Caller left a voicemail disputing a citation he received in the mail. Services rendered; a report at 10:01 a.m. on Ellsworth Road. Caller left a voicemail that the neighbor’s yard is full of debris after a fire that occurred and she is allowing her Lab to wander amongs the rubble. Services rendered; a report at 2:11 a.m. at Oliveira’s Steak House on Walnut Streeet. Officer reported the vehicle was waiting for a friend to arrive. Services rendered.

Philip G. Eagan, 34, of Sabino Farm Road, was arrested at 11:13 p.m. for charges of operating under the influence and failure to stop/yield. 

Summons

Alexander Roy, 36, of Western Avenue, received a summons at 1:52 p.m. for a threat to commit a crime. 

Alfred Kariuki Kimani Jr., 30, of Crescent Street, received a summons at 2 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, and an uninsured motor vehicle.

Suspicious Activities

A report of suspicious activity at 9:05 a.m. on Monson Drive. Caller reported a suspicious male party circling his home. Caller called back and reported the person was a vendor and there were no issues; a report at 9:30 a.m. on Corwin Street. A drone was flown into an abandoned building as homeless people were believed to be living there. No signs of anyone living inside the building. The building is extremely unsafe. No action required; a report at 8:32 p.m. at Kindred Hospital Rehabilitation Services on King Street. Caller observed three males climb the fence into the abandoned property. Area check performed.

A report of threats at 1:52 p.m. on Crowninshield Street. Caller wished to report threats made to them. Criminal comp/summons. 

Traffic Hazard

A report of a traffic hazard at 1:47 p.m. on Andover Street. Caller reported traffic lights malfunctioning on Route 114. Services rendered; a report at 11:14 p.m. at Speedway on Lowell Street. A green light was out on the traffic light. Notified agency. 

Wires Down

Reports of wires down at 5:16 p.m. at Holy Cow Ice Cream Cafe on Andover Street. Could not locate/GOA; a report at 5:57 p.m. on Andover Street at Buttonwood Lane. There was a report of a wire down on a truck. Notified agency; a report at 7:50 p.m. on Andover Street. Removed hazard.
