NORTH READING — Singers from Peabody and Lynnfield will join fellow members of the Ipswich River Community Chorus on Monday, May 5, to reflect on the group’s 40-year legacy of bringing music and community together across the North Shore.
The event, open to media and featuring chorus members from 29 towns, will take place from 7 to 9:30 p.m. at Aldersgate United Methodist Church, 235 Park St. Photography and recording are encouraged, as members share how the chorus has enriched local arts and culture.
The 40th Anniversary Concert is scheduled for Saturday, May 18, at 4 p.m. at Wilmington High School.
