Miguel Ortiz, 53, of Western Avenue, Lynn, was arrested for another department warrant, subsequent offense of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, uninsured motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, and no inspection sticker at 9:52 p.m.
