Congratulations to the team members at Brooksby Village, an Erickson Senior Living community, who were named Manager and Employee of the Year. Kevin Lanza, general manager of continuing care dining at Brooksby Village, was named Manager of the Year, and Kim Richardson, human resources coordinator at Brooksby Village, was named Employee of the Year.
“Kevin is motivated by our mission to help people live better lives through his connections with team members, residents, and family members alike,” stated Director of Dining Services Kim Kielbasa. “We are proud to celebrate him as this year’s Manager of the Year.”
