Konstantinos Panousos, 45, of 24 Bow St., Peabody, was arrested at 11:39 a.m. for assault and battery after an altercation at Giovanni’s Roast Beef & Pizza.

A resident on Nickerson Road reported being locked out of their home with a two-year-old child inside at 7:23 a.m. The caller later gained access through a neighbor and canceled the request for assistance.

John Richards, 36, of 42 Arlington St., Everett, was arrested at 2 a.m. for charges including operating under the influence of liquor, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and leaving the scene of property damage.
Brad Dyer, 38, of 8 Forest St., Peabody, was arrested at 8:46 a.m. on a warrant issued by another department.
Paul Sherry, 37, of 13 Trask St., Danvers, was arrested at 3:16 a.m. for charges including leaving the scene of property damage, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense), and operating under the influence of liquor (second offense).
