Suspicious Activity
A report of three unknown people scoping out motor vehicles in the lot at 12:44 a.m. on Felton Street. The group was gone on arrival; a report of a motor vehicle that looks like a car that previously followed home the reporting party’s wife at 9:32 a.m. on Roland Road. Unfounded, car was parked at its residence.

Animal Control
A report of a dog howling and left unattended for long periods of time at 1:23 p.m. on Fulton Street. Dog was in house when officer arrived, all set; a report of a dog left outside by residents who left their home at 8:06 p.m. on Rockdale Park. Residents came back home and retrieved dog.

Officer assisted with paperwork exchange; a report of a past hit and run at 12:30 p.m. on Lowell Street; a report of a hit and run at 1:23 p.m. on Lowell Street; a report of a hit and run at 5:57 p.m. on Andover Street. No witnesses or cameras saw accident.
Suspicious Activity
A report of a suspicious vehicle at 1:27 a.m. on Lowell Street. The operator stated he felt sick and would be getting an Uber ride home. No other problems at the time; a report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 4:54 a.m. on Foster Street. Caller said the motor vehicle was outside with its lights on for several hours, operator left the area when asked by officer; a report of a man with a black coat staring at caller’s house through the fence at 12:49 p.m. on Aborn Street. Officer spoke with subject: all clear.
