Thursday, Nov. 21

Arrests

Jose R. Delacruz, 26, of Bartholomew Street and Spero B. Brown Jr., 28, of Main Street, North Reading, were arrested for disorderly conduct and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 12:44 a.m. at Paddy Kelley’s on Washington Street; Shanice D. Guerra, 27, of Annunciation Road, Boston was arrested for shoplifting by concealing merchandise, two counts of assault and battery, possession of burglarious instrument, and trespassing at 11:21 a.m. at Macy’s Men’s and Furniture Store on Andover Street

Summons

Aneudy Medrano, 18, of Spring Street will be summoned for assault and battery at 2:12 p.m. at Peabody Veterans Memorial High School on Lowell Street

Harassment

A report of a student harassing another student at 2:18 p.m. at Peabody Veterans Memorial High School. Officer will document

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident with possible injuries at 9:30 a.m. on Andover Street. The operator of Toyota was transported to Salem hospital; a report of a motor vehicle accident at 1:56 p.m. at Not Your Average Joe’s on Andover Street. The operator was transported to Beverley Hospital. 

Tuesday, Nov. 19

Summons

Carlos Magno Ambrozio Eller, 37, of Plymouth Road, was summoned for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and use of electronic device while operating a motor vehicle at 10:03 a.m. Tuesday on Lynnfield Street.; Laura I Martinez Lopez, 23, of Western Avenue, will be summoned for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation at 5:57 p.m Tuesday on Lynn Street

Animal Control

A report of a loose dog at 9:45 a.m. Tuesday on Lowell Street. Luke, the brown poodle mix, was transported to station and handed over to owner.

Disturbance

A report of dispute between landlord and tenant at 10:16 a.m. Tuesday on Stacia Road. Officer documented.

Fire

A report of a brush fire at 11:40 a.m Tuesday in the area of The Container Store on 210c Andover Street. The Fire Department was notified.

Fraud

A report of credit card fraud at 2:07 p.m. Tuesday at Budget Pools on Newbury Street.

Larceny

A report of $30 stolen from party at 12:21 p.m. Tuesday at Pilgrim Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center on Forest Street.; A walk-in report of a stolen IPhone at 4:12 p.m. on Hotel Avenue

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle crashing into a grounding rod on Sawyer Street at 9:42 a.m. Tuesday; a report of a hit and run on Connolly Terrace at 10:36 a.m Tuesday. One motor vehicle parked.; A report of a motor vehicle accident in a parking lot with one person refusing to exchange information at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday on Lowell Street. Parties exchanged information before officers arrived.; A report of a blue Jeep parked in the road for over an hour at 5:20 p.m. Tuesday on Newbury Street. No motor vehicle parked in roadway when officer arrived; 

Suspicious Activity

A report of a person pretending to be a national grid employee on Lynnfield Street at 9:46 a.m. Tuesday. Officer could not locate person

Sunday, Nov. 17

Arrest

Cindy Puerta-Ordonez, 35, of Page Street, Danvers, was arrested for operating under the influence of liquor over .08% at 4:01 a.m., Sunday on Andover Street; Carlos M. Aleixo, 71, of Tremont Street, was arrested for operating under the influence of liquor over .08% at 3:24 p.m. on Mount Vernon Street;

Animal Control

A report of black and white American pitbull/terrier lost at 12:12 p.m. on Northend Street. Call 978-335-2895 for Deborah or Nick if found; A report of a missing Yorkie named Sammie at 3:57 p.m. on Pleasant Street. Dog microchipped and doesn’t have a collar.

Disturbance

A report of 5 juveniles being loud outside at 1:57 a.m. Sunday on Munroe Street. Parties gone on arrival. 

Fire

A report of a small brush fire at 7:19 a.m., Sunday on Forest Street at Salem Country Club; a report of a brush fire off of the highway at 11:18 a.m. on Route 95 North at Route 128 North.

Larceny

A walk-report of a stolen wallet at 12:39 p.m. at Nordstrom on 210N Andover Street. Reporting party said she left her wallet on the roof of her car when she drove off. 

Lockout
A report of a baby locked in a car at 1:49 p.m. on Driscoll Street. Officer reported that PFD already extricated child.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 11:23 a.m. on Newbury Street. One motor vehicle towed; A report of a minor motor vehicle accident at 12:28 p.m. at Bagel World on Sylvan Street. Officer documented crash; A report of a road rage incident made by a third party at 6:15 p.m. on Farm Avenue. Officer was unable to locate; A report of a crash into pole 63 Verizon at 8:35 p.m. on Winona Street. Operator transferred to Salem Hospital.

Suspicious Activity 

A report of 4 males drinking beer in front of business for over an hour at 3:54 p.m. at Duddy’s Liquors on Newbury Street.

Trespassing

A report of a trespasser giving security a hard time at 3:32 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Peabody on Newbury Street. Trespasser left before officer’s arrival.
