Walk-in report of a foster bringing in a stray cat, Frank Sinatra, to transfer to the owner at 10:59 a.m. Frank was reunited with family and will be vetted by Danvers Animal Hospital.
Burglary
A report of a breaking and entering on Tuesday of Activation Church on Corporate Place. Approximately $6,000 was taken. Pastor has video surveillance of the incident.
Motor Vehicles
A report of a motor vehicle accident on Andover Street at 7:46 a.m. Caller shaken up and injured from airbags, transported to Salem.
Wednesday, Nov. 13
Arrests
Joao DeRosa, 27, of Sasha Circle, was arrested for operation under the influence of liquor over .08% and failure to use care in starting, stopping, or turning on Nancy Avenue at 4:58 p.m.; Joey L. Williams, 46, of Dearborn Avenue, Lynn, was arrested for unarmed robbery and assault and battery on 115 Main St. at 10:57 p.m.
Summons
Dennis Michael Keohane, 40, of Mark Road, Tewksbury, will be summoned for uninsured motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, and number plate violation on Franklin Street at 11:58 a.m.; Andres Dosantos, 50, of Rantoul Street, Beverly, will be summoned for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and unsafe operation of a motor vehicle on Lowell Street at 4:42 p.m. Accident occurred when operator turned left in front of Honda, operator was transferred to Salem Hospital.
Animal Control
A report of a missing indoor/outdoor cat named Frank Sinatra that belonged to the caller’s deceased sister that went missing four days ago on Silverleaf Way at 9:59 a.m. The cat is in custody of Peabody Animal Control. Officer will try to receive rabies certificates for the cat and sister’s two dogs in order to facilitate transfer of custody.
Dispute
A report of a non-physical dispute with a neighbor on King Street at 10:07 a.m. Caller advised of harassment order rights.
Fraud
A report of someone opening a Verizon account under caller’s name without his consent on 42 Russell Street at 11:34 a.m. Officer documented.
Motor Vehicles
Reports of an accident involving a tractor trailer on Newbury Street at 7:12 a.m. A dump truck hit a bridge and rested on its side. State police handled the scene; A report of a motor vehicle hitting multiple parked vehicles on Lynn Street at 7:09 p.m. One party was transported to Beverly Hospital. Officer will be filing for an immediate threat.

Sean Nguyen, 39, of Washington Street, was arrested for an open warrant on Washington Street at 6:22 p.m.; Dalin Duka, 28, of 28 Shore Drive, was arrested for another department warrant and possession of a class B drug on Lowell Street at 10:36 p.m.

A report of a past hit and run on Paleologos Street at 7:17 a.m.; report of a cat play hut in the middle of the road on 86 Andover Street at 7:10 p.m. Object Meowed to the side of the road.

A walk-in report of past threats on Goodale Street at 12:32 p.m.; a walk-in report about a threat through email on Calumet Street at 1:48 p.m.

Christopher Thomas Bettencourt, 55, of Buttonwood Lane, was arrested for operating under the influence of drugs, distributing a Class A drug, and possession of a Class B drug on Essex Center Drive at 5:42 p.m.

Adriano Alves-Pinto, 27, of School Street, Beverly, will be summoned for unlicensed operation of motor vehicle and failure to stop on Lynn Street at 8:43 p.m.
Animal Control
A report of a loose medium-sized, brown dog with floppy ears running in the street at 192 Lowell Street at 1 Columbus Road at 8:55 p.m. Dog could not be located by officer.
Harassment
A walk-in report of harassing text messages from landlord on Truman Road at 3:28 p.m. Messages were documented.
Larceny
A walk-in report of a stolen IPhone SE from front stairs on Murdock Drive at 9:34 a.m.
