Suspicious activity
A report at 1:28 a.m. from a 911 caller who said there was a male party in a grey coat walking around the parking lot at 12 Crowninshield St. The caller was concerned as there have been a number of motor vehicle wheel thefts in the area. Office spoke with the male party who left the parking lot.
Fire
A report at 4:23 a.m. from a caller at 33 Myles Road who said there was a large fire across Spring Pond off Lynn Street pond visible from his home. The fire department was notified.
Sunday, Oct. 27
Breaking and entering
A report at 9:10 a.m. of a vehicle broken into and stolen items at 26 Evans St.
A report at 2:11 p.m. from a caller at 9 Sparrow Lane who said his motor vehicle was broken into over the night.
Accident
A report at 3:27 p.m. of a minor motor vehicle accident at 308 Lowell St. at 500 Northshore Road. The operator will be summonsed.
A report at 5:29 p.m. of a minor motor vehicle accident on Andover Street, Westbound, by the Route 128 ramp. The parties were pulling away in the breakdown lane on arrival.
A report at 6:27 p.m. of a motor vehicle accident with unknown injuries at 65 Andover St. The vehicle was towed.
Assist citizen
A report at 9:46 a.m. from a caller at 26 Evans St. who no longer believes a motor vehicle was broken into.
Animal control
A report at 11:28 a.m. from a caller reporting a brown and black dog was running loose at 326 Lowell St. at 2 Summit Drive.
Disturbances
A report at 3:23 p.m. from a caller at 300 Andover St. who said there was a disturbance involving three parties. The parties could not be located.
A report at 3:50 p.m. of loud music at the Sutton Home for Women. The officer reports it was unfounded.
A report at 5:52 p.m. of a male party with a gun at In the Game, 535 Lowell St. Police determined the party has an active license to carry.
Fraud
A report at 4:21 p.m. of unemployment fraud at 26 Hourihan St.
Parking complaint
A report at 2:01 p.m. from a caller at 15 Pleasant St., who said a motor vehicle had been parked for multiple weeks.
Serve warrant
An attempt to serve a probation warrant at 5213 Crane Brook Way at 10:33 p.m. Police were unable to serve.
Suspicious activity
A report at 8:33 p.m. from a caller on Oak Street who said there was an audible alarm going off for 10 minutes. The caller called back and states the alarm was no longer audible.
A report at 10:56 p.m. of multiple juveniles with flashlights running around in the woods on the Taylor side of the Kiley School on Johnson Stree. Police could not locate.
Road rage
A report at 8:34 p.m. from a caller who said someone threw something at her motor vehicle on Aborn Street.
Well being check
A report at 7:07 p.m. from a caller who said an older white male walking towards Forenza Road from Lindauer Street appears confused. The party is back at home with family members in the residence. Officer states it was dispute between sone and father. The parties were advised of their 209A rights and declined and that the older male party suffers from dementia.
Saturday, Oct. 26
Arrest
William Harold Delaney, 62, of Middleton, was arrested for a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol after a report of a minor motor vehicle accident was made at 10:23 a.m. Saturday on Newbury Street.

A report of a disturbance was made at 1:18 p.m. Saturday on Main Street; at 2:31 p.m. on Newbury Street; at 4:48 p.m. on Webster Street; at 8:52 p.m. on Lowell Street; at 9:02 p.m. on Stockton Road.
Motor Vehicles
A report of a motor vehicle accident at 12:21 a.m. Saturday on Franklin Street; at 11:12 a.m. on Lowell Street; at 3:56 p.m. Saturday on Andover Street; at 8:59 p.m. in the vicinity of Route 128 North and Centennial Drive; at 9:20 p.m. on Andover Street.
