Sunday, Oct. 13

Arrest

Joshua Patrick Espinal, 39, of Carlton Street, was arrested for charges of operating under the influence of liquor and possession of Class B drug after a report of a motor vehicle accident at 1:02 a.m. in the vicinity of Allens Lane and Washington Street.

Summons

A summons was issued to Joseph Jourdan, 24, of Crane Brook Way, for charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and speeding rate of speed greater than was reasonable and proper, after a report of a motor vehicle accident at 3:12 a.m. on Andover Street.

Saturday, Oct. 12

Arrests

Nickolas Gardner, 26, of Blaney Avenue, for charges of disorderly conduct, two charges assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest, and assault, after a report of an unwanted person-guest at 2:02 a.m. on Main Street.

Javon Huston, 35, of Danvers, was arrested for a charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise after asset protection made a report at 5:04 p.m. on Howley Street that they attempted to detain a shoplifter who then ran back into the store to evade detainment.

Summons

A summons was issued to Nikitalynne Butler, 36, of Erving, for charges of operation of an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle, registration not in possession, and attaching plates, after a report of a motor vehicle accident at 12:25 p.m. on Taylor Street.

Disturbances

A report of a disturbance was made at 12:56 a.m. on Shillaber Street; at 7:21 a.m. on Silverleaf Way; at 4:50 p.m. on Central Street; at 10 p.m. on Essex Center Drive.

Harassment

A report of harassment was made at 2:22 p.m. on Keys Drive.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 12:21 p.m. in the vicinity of Andover Drive and Andover Street; at 12:50 p.m. on Pierpont Street; at 1:22 p.m. on Tremont Street; at 2:45 p.m. on Newbury Street; at 6:40 p.m. in the vicinity of Driscoll Street and Margin Street; at 8:33 p.m. on Foster Street; at 11:02 p.m. in the vicinity of Lynn Street and Lynnfield Street.

Friday, Oct. 11

Arrests

Mario Candela, 30, of Salem, was arrested for charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, possession of a Class A drug, and a number plate violation to conceal ID, after a motor vehicle stop at 1:09 a.m. on Andover Street.

Niko Fagundes, 25, of Dennis Street, was arrested for a subsequent charge of possession of a Class B substance, after a motor vehicle stop at 1:09 a.m. on Andover Street.

Lucas Quintiliano, 37, of Tracey Street, was arrested for a Peabody PD warrant after being served the warrant at 9:31 a.m.

Paul Fagundes, 59, of Salem, was arrested for another department warrant after being served the warrant at 10:22 a.m.

Summons

A summons was issued to Joao Paulo Luiz Passos, 23, for operation of an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle, after a motor vehicle stop at 6:05 p.m. in the vicinity of Washington Street and Wheeler Street.

Thursday, Oct. 10

Arrest

Juan Ramirez Ramierz, 38, of Lynn, was arrested for charges of operating under the influence of liquor, a marked lanes violation, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle, after a caller reporter an erratic motor vehicle operator at 6:41 p.m. in the vicinity of Bartholomew Street and Lynn Street.

Summons

A summons was issued to Rachel Rowe, 53, of Salem, for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle, after a motor vehicle accident at 7:48 p.m. on Sylva Street. No injuries were reported from the motor vehicle accident.

Wednesday, Oct. 9

Summons

A summons was issued to Martin Ramos, 31, of Highland Park, for a subsequent offense charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, after a motor vehicle stop at 2:27 p.m. on Central Street.

A summons was issued to Jay T. Hogan Jr., 34, of Saunders Road, Lynn, for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, after a report of a road rage incident at 4:05 p.m. in the vicinity of Washington Street and Allens Lane.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run at 1:26 a.m. on Newbury Street, officer documented; at 12:48 p.m. in the vicinity of Buttonwood Lane and Andover Street, officer documented.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 9:14 a.m. in the vicinity of Mason Street and Washington Street; at 3:03 p.m. on Tremont Place.

Threat

A report of threats was made at 8:50 a.m. on Sylvia Road. Caller reported they were receiving threatening emails. Officer documented.

Tuesday, Oct. 8

Arrest

Frederick Martinez, 35, of Munroe Street, was arrested for disturbing the peace, carrying a dangerous weapon, and three charges of possession of Class B drugs, after a report of a disturbance was made at 4:09 a.m. in the vicinity of Granite Road and Glendale Avenue.

Summons

A summons was issued to Alejandro Cano Chaguala, 46, of Revere, for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, after a motor vehicle accident with no injuries was reported at 12:24 p.m. on Holden Street.

A summons was issued to Reginaldo Ribeiro, of Union Street, for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, after a motor vehicle stop at 11:10 p.m. on Andover Street.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 9:33 a.m. on Lynnfield Street; at 1:55 p.m. on Lowell Street; at 4:41 p.m. on Lowell Street; at 6:24 p.m. on Caller Street.

Monday, Oct. 7

Arrest

Nathan Manuel Espejo, 25, of Avalon Drive, was arrested for charges of reckless operation of a motor vehicle, disorderly conduct, refusal to give name/address, and operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, after a motor vehicle stop at 7:14 a.m. on Foster Street.

Summons

A summons was issued to Natalia Franklin Soares, 28, of Foster Street, for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after a report of a motor vehicle accident at 10:02 p.m. on Andover Street.
