Sunday, Sept. 29

Summons

A summons was issued to Donald Cunha, 61, of Raylen Avenue, for a charge of assault and battery after a caller reported that another bar patron punched him in the face at 4:17 p.m. on Bourbon Street.

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance was made at 2:22 a.m. on Stevens Street; at 7:06 p.m. on Lowell Street; at 8:45 p.m. on Clement Avenue.

 

Saturday, Sept. 28

Arrests

Eliel Alexander Rodriguez, 23, of Salem, was arrested for a charge of operating under the influence of liquor after a report of a vehicle striking a parked car at 1:59 a.m. on Sherman Street.

Edward Joseph Bomarsi, 41, of Winthrop, was arrested for a charge of operating under the influence of drugs after a caller reported two parties parked and possibly sleeping at 10:09 p.m. on Newbury Street.

Carmen Higgins, 52, of Meredith Road, was arrested for a charge of possession of a Class A drug and another department warrant after a caller reported two parties parked and possibly sleeping at 10:09 p.m. on Newbury Street.

Summons

A summons was issued to Danelia Rae Phayr, 45, of Lawrence, for charges of breaking and entering of a building for a daytime felony and larceny from a building, after a caller reported larceny of a speaker at 6:30 p.m. on Dalton Court.

A summons was issued to Shirley Annette Wornum, 61, of Ford Street, Lynn, for charges of shoplifting $250+ by concealing merchandise and obstruction of justice after a female party was detained by loss prevention at 7:33 p.m. on Macy’s on Andover Street.

A summons was issued to Leustene Meneses E Silva, 53, of Everett, for charges of operation of an unlicensed and unregistered motor vehicle after a report of a motor vehicle accident at 9 p.m. on Northend Street.

Disturbances

A report of a disturbance was made at 12:49 a.m. on Webster Street; at 2:53 p.m. on Andover Street; at 8:51 p.m. on Andover Street.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 8:44 a.m. on Baldwin Street; at 11:55 a.m. on Foster Street; 12:30 p.m. on Andover Street; at 3:16 p.m. in the vicinity of Pound Lane and Andover Street; 3:22 p.m. in the vicinity of Buttonwood Lane and Andover Street; at 5:30 p.m. on Andover Street; at 9:21 p.m. on Mt. Vernon Street.

 

Friday, Sept. 27

Arrest

Lance Mckie, 54, of Lynn, was arrested for another department warrant after being served a warrant at 9:22 a.m. on Main Street.

Katelyn Pumphret, 36, of Derry, New Hampshire, was arrested for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, speeding at a rate exceeding the posted limit, and failure to stop/yield, after a motor vehicle stop at 6:24 p.m. on Lynn Street.

Summons

A summons was issued to Kim Damon, 41, of Rockway Road, for a charge of selling drug paraphernalia to a minor, after a motor vehicle stop at 6:24 p.m. on Lynn Street.

 

Thursday, Sept. 26

Summons

A summons was issued to Cassio Ferreira Carvalho, 28, of Holten Street, for charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop/yield, after a motor vehicle stop at 9:38 p.m. in the vicinity of Lowell Street and Lowell Street Court.

 

Wednesday, Sept. 25

Arrest

Kerry Joseph Lambert, 48, of Hanover, was arrested for Weymouth PD warrant after being served a warrant at 4:31 p.m. on Newbury Street.

Summons

A summons was issued to Morgana Luiz Gomes, of Pleasant Street, for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after a motor vehicle stop at 12:30 a.m. Wednesday on Lowell Street.

 

Tuesday, Sept. 24

Arrest

Jacob Thomas Benyue, 41, was arrested for charges of disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, assault and battery on a police officer, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, resisting arrest, a subsequent offense of possession of a Class B substance, a Peabody PD warrant, and three other department warrants, after a report of disorderly conduct at 7:15 p.m. on Abington Avenue.

Fraud

A report of fraud was made at 2:11 p.m. Tuesday on Summit Street.

Motor Vehicle

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 8:05 p.m. Tuesday on Bartholomew Street.

 

Monday, Sept. 23

Summons

A summons was issued to Pedro Augusto Vieira Araujo, 21, of Evans Road, for charges of operation of a motor vehicle with an unlicensed/suspended permit and failure to stop/yield after a motor vehicle stop at 1:25 a.m. on Central Street.

A summons was issued to Isaias Tejada Reinoso Taken, 23, of Lynn, for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and no inspection sticker after a motor vehicle stop at 10:29 p.m. on Newbury Street.
