Sunday, Sept. 22

Arrests

Alice Rego, 53, of Fall River, was arrested for charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and negligent operation of a motor vehicle after a report of a road rage incident at 2:51 p.m. on Tremont Street.

Neha Khanna, 37, of Woburn, was arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon and negligent operation of a motor vehicle after a caller reported someone intentionally tried to strike her at 4:49 p.m. on Andover Street.

Alex Raymond Pierce, 32, of Lynn, was arrested for another department warrant and a second offense of shoplifting by asportation after a loss prevention officer at Macy’s on Andover Street reported that they had one adult male detained for shoplifting at 6:10 p.m.

Summons

A summons was issued to Joshua Brown, 25, of Winona Street, for a charge of leaving the scene of property damage after a report of a motor vehicle hit and run at 11:36 a.m. on Lowell Street.

A summons was issued to Jefferson Trindade Silva, 27, of Main Street, for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a motor vehicle lights violation after a motor vehicle stop at 9:49 p.m. on Lowell Street.

Disturbances

A report of a disturbance at 3:12 a.m. on Warren Street; at 8:33 p.m. on Tracey Street; at 10:59 p.m. on Main Street.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 12:36 a.m. on Tracey Street; at 5:19 a.m. on Summit Street.

 

Saturday, Sept. 21

Disturbances

A report of a disturbance was made at 12:29 p.m. on Caller Street; at 12:36 p.m. on Lowe Street; at 9:10 p.m. in the vicinity of Davis Terrace and Oakland Street; at 9:32 p.m. on Carol Ann Road; at 11:24 p.m. on Endicott Street.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 9 a.m. in the vicinity of Esquire Drive and Andover Street; at 12:12 p.m. on Main Street; at 5:55 p.m. on Cross Street.

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run at 11:39 a.m. on Main Street.

 

Friday, Sept. 20

Arrest

Katelyn Pumphret, 36, of Derry, New Hampshire, was arrested for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to wear a seatbelt after a motor vehicle stop at 12:18 p.m. on Rockway Road.

Janssel Castillo, 27, of Everett, was arrested for charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, no inspection sticker, and an obstructed/non transparent window after a motor vehicle stop at 5:19 p.m. on Newbury Street.

Disturbances

A report of a disturbance was made at 2:02 a.m. on Washington Street; at 2:05 a.m. on Howley Street; at 3:16 a.m. on Washington Street; at 9:48 a.m. on Jubilee Drive; at 1:11 p.m. on Essex Green Lane; at 5:10 p.m. on Batchelder Avenue.

Fraud

A walk-in report of fraud was made at 5:02 p.m; at 5:32 p.m.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 9:08 p.m. on Andover Street.

 

Thursday, Sept. 19

Arrest

Joshua Kalloger, 39, of Lynn, was arrested for charges of trespassing and larceny over $1,200 after a caller reported a party was stealing from their property at 2:47 a.m. on Sylvan Street. The party reportedly smashed a motor vehicle on their way out. The Lynn Police Department provided courtesy booking. 

Disturbances

A report of a disturbance was made at 12:04 a.m. on Newbury Street; at 1:12 a.m. on King Street; at 1:21 a.m. on Newbury Street; at 6:11 p.m. on Braxton Road; at 8:33 p.m. on Newbury Street.

Larceny

A report of larceny was made at 3:03 p.m. on Postgate Lane.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 7:19 a.m. on Main Street; at 5:19 p.m. in the vicinity of Clement Avenue and Washington Street; at 5:32 p.m. on Andover Street; at 7:15 p.m. on Route 128 North and Lowell Street. 

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run was made at 3:27 p.m. in the vicinity of Felton Street and Prospect Street.

 

Wednesday, Sept. 18

Summons

A summons was issued to Juan Felipe Garcia Vargas for shoplifting and possession of burglarious tools after Macy’s loss prevention reported a party for possible shoplifting at 2:14 p.m. He will be trespassed from the mall for two years and a lifetime trespass for Macy’s.

Larceny

A report of larceny was made at 7:05 p.m. at Rainbow Massage on Andover Street. A aller reported her wallet was stolen during her massage. The credit card was already used at Walgreens for a purchase and an officer followed up at the location.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 10:31 a.m. on Essex Center Drive; at 11:08 a.m. in the vicinity of Central Street and Tremont Street

Vandalism

A report of vandalism was made at 8:10 a.m. on Aborn Street. Wheels and tires were reported stolen from a vehicle. An officer documented the loss.

 

Tuesday, Sept. 17

Arrest

Obispo Vincente-Itzep, 21, of Lynn, was arrested for charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a passing violation, a marked lanes violation, and another department warrant, after a report of a motor vehicle accident at 3:08 p.m. on Washington Street.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 1:01 p.m. on Cross Street. An officer documented; at 4:31 p.m. on Route 128 South. The officer was cleared by State Police and they handled the remainder of the accident; at 6:43 p.m. on Andover Drive. One injury was reported.

A report of a past motor vehicle hit and run was made at 1:05 p.m. A report was taken.

 

Monday, Sept. 16

Arrests

Inegust Dyce, 28, of Salem, was arrested for a Peabody PD warrant after being served a warrant at 1:22 p.m. on Lowell Street.

Juan Javier Gonzalez, 25, of Walnut Street, was arrested for a Peabody PD warrant after being served a warrant at 2:21 p.m. on Peabody Square.

Michael Anthony Jones, of Danvers, was arrested for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation after a motor vehicle stop at 7:41 p.m. on Lowell Street

Summons

A summons was issued to Steven Michael Walter, of Swampscott, for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after a motor vehicle stop at 7:40 a.m. on Clement Avenue.

Intoxicated Person

A report of an intoxicated person at 1:35 a.m. on Lynn Street. A caller reported an intoxicated person unwilling to leave their motor vehicle. An officer transported the party back to their home.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 2:31 a.m. on County Street; at 4:36 p.m. in the vicinity of Andover Street and Violet Road.
