Sunday, Sept. 15

Arrests

Nichole Michaela Moura, 31, of Berlin, was arrested for a fugitive from justice court warrant and another department warrant after being served a warrant at 2:11 p.m. on Dana Road.

Kristine Alexandra Duarte, 36, of Hyde Park, was arrested on four charges of shoplifting by concealing merchandise, seven other department warrants, receiving stolen property more than $1,200, and a fugitive from justice court warrant, after loss prevention at Macy’s on Andover Street reported that they had one female party detained for shoplifting at 6:35 p.m.

Nicole Leilani Harvey, 48, of Dover, New Hampshire, was arrested for a charge of operating under the influence of liquor at 10:29 p.m. on Lowell Street.

Summons

A summons was issued to Mark Edward Hobard Jr., 41, of Endicott Street, for charges of operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, after a motor stop at 1:02 a.m. in the vicinity of Willis Street and Walnut Street.

A summons was issued to Emerson Dossantos, 51, of Jeffrey Street, for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, after a motor vehicle stop for an illegally parked motor vehicle on Washington Street.

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance was made at 3:53 a.m. on Keys Drive. A report was taken.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 11:47 a.m. in the vicinity of Washington Street and Main Street; at 2:38 p.m. on Walnut Street and Caller Street.

 

Saturday, Sept. 14

Arrests

Christopher John Dzengelewski, 46, of Pump Station Road, was arrested for a charge of assault and battery on a family/household member at 10:43 p.m. on Pump Station Road.

Sonya Rose Santorelli, 33, of Lowell, was arrested for charges of assault and battery on a family/household member and destruction of property less than $1,200 after a caller reported a disturbance between a male and a female party at 11:22 p.m. on Foster Street.

 

Friday, Sept. 13

Arrests

Qiwei Yang, 32, of San Jose, California, was arrested for a Peabody PD warrant at 9 a.m.

Alonzo Lewis Tobin, 49, of Goldberg Road, was arrested for another department warrant after a motor vehicle stop at 1:53 p.m. on Sawyer Street.

Henrique De Freitas, 25, of Salem, was arrested for charges of a number plate violation, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and a motor vehicle equipment violation after a motor vehicle stop at 9:29 p.m. on Pierpont Street.

Summons

A summons was issued to Jacob Verga, 33, of Gloucester, for charges of operating under the influence of drugs and operation of an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle, after a report of a non-responsive operator at 6:24 a.m. on Newbury Street. Verga was transported to Salem Hospital.

A summons was issued to Monet Williams, 29, of Weymouth, for a charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise at 10:16 a.m.

A summons was issued to Jontae Mongo, 24, of Boston, for a charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise at 10:16 a.m.

A summons was issued to Sheila Flynn, 49, of Goldberg Road, for a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle after a motor vehicle stop at 1:53 p.m. on Sawyer Street.

A summons was issued to Ana Claudia Cresciulo De Oliveir, 40, of Malden, for charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a marked lanes violation, and a motor vehicle lights violation after a motor vehicle stop at 11:02 p.m. on Foster Street.

 

Thursday, Sept. 12

Summons

A summons was issued to Rufina Yonis, 54, of Spring Street, for charges of presenting a false insurance claim and attempt to commit a crime of larceny over $1,200 after a report of fraud was followed up on at 10:35 a.m. on Andover Street.

A summons was issued to Pilatos Batista De Souza, 31, of Tracey Street, for charges operation of an unregistered motor vehicle, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after a motor vehicle stop at 4:47 p.m. on Caller Street.

A summons was issued to Marc V Nazzaro, 32, of Dracut, for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operation of an unregistered motor vehicle, and failure to stop/yield after a motor vehicle stop at 8:20 p.m. on County Street.

 

Wednesday, Sept. 11

Summons

A summons was issued to Dekontee Harmon for shoplifting while concealing merchandise after being detained at the Macy’s on Andover Street at 2:12 p.m.

A summons was issued to Whintah Ec-Riyah Hines for shoplifting while concealing merchandise after being detained at the Macy’s on Andover Street at 2:12 p.m. 

Disturbance

A teacher reported a disturbance with a student at 8:13 a.m. at Peabody Veterans Memorial High School. An officer documented the report.

 

Tuesday, Sept. 10

Arrest

Anthony Pearson, 40, of Hopkinton, was arrested on another department’s warrant at 11:32 a.m. on Allens Lane. 

Summons

A summons was issued to Rodolfo Josue Rodriguez, 23, of Salem, for charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and a number plate violation to conceal ID, after a motor vehicle stop at 6:48 a.m. on Andover Street.

A summons was issued to Eder Alves Monteiro, 42, of Caller Street, for charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, after a motor vehicle stop at 10:15 a.m. on Tracey Street.

Larceny

A report of a stolen package at 9:01 a.m. on Dexter Street. A report was taken. 

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 12:30 p.m. in the vicinity of Walsh Avenue and Driscoll Street; at 3:46 p.m. on the Route 1 off ramp to Route 95 South; 4:54 p.m. in the vicinity of Lowell Street and Northshore Road.

 

Monday, Sept. 9

Arrests

Molina Melgarejo, 24, of Ellsworth Road, was arrested for charges of operating under the influence of liquor, speeding rate of speed exceeding the posted limit, failure to stop/yield, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle at 12:41 a.m. in the vicinity of Hunt Street and Ellsworth Road.

Georgina Carolina Olivares, 21, of Ellsworth Road, was arrested for a charge of disorderly conduct at 12:41 a.m. in the vicinity of Hunt Street and Ellsworth Road.

Joao Paulo Luiz Passos, 23, of Foster Street, was arrested for another department warrant after a caller reported towing a motor vehicle from owned property at 10:11 a.m. on Foster Street.

Summons

A summons was issued to Paul Eward Worthen, 26, of Main Street, for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after a motor vehicle stop at 10:18 a.m. on Lowell Street.

A summons was issued to William Albany Doucette, 63, of Lynnfield Street, for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license following a motor accident at 4:49 p.m. on Washington Street.
