Arrest
Amy Galindo, 27, of Woburn, was arrested for a charge of malicious destruction of property less than $1,200 and a department warrant after a report of vandalism at 12:37 p.m. Sunday on Lynn Street. A caller reported a female party used a rock to smash her windshield. No injuries were reported.
Summons
A summons was issued to Cassiano Chaves, 43, of Bartholomew Street, for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after a caller reported a motor vehicle accident at 1:02 p.m. Sunday on Lynn Street.
Disturbances
A report of a disturbance at 5:15 a.m. Sunday on Webster Street; at 6:11 p.m. on Andover Street
Fight
A report of a fight in progress at 12:31 a.m. Sunday on Walnut Street. Police reported peace was restored and an officer documented the incident. There was a transport to Salem Hospital.

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run at 8:33 p.m. Sunday on Margin Street; at 11:56 p.m. on Main Street.
Suspicious Activity
A report of suspicious activity at 5:16 a.m. Sunday on Dearborn Road. A caller reported a group trying door handles of motor vehicles and fled in a silver SUV. The vehicle was gone upon the officer’s arrival.

Arrests
Dominique Marion, 37, of Hamden, Connecticut, was arrested at 6:34 p.m. Saturday at the H&M at the North Shore Mall for charges of shoplifting by asportation, two charges of receiving stolen property less than $1,200, possession of a burglarious instrument, and fugitive from justice court warrant, after a report of shoplifting.
Elizabeth Riddick, 37, of New Britain, was arrested at 6:34 p.m. Saturday at the H&M at the North Shore Mall for two charges of shoplifting by asportation and possession of a burglarious instrument and after a report of shoplifting.
Amber Bouvier, 37, of Truman Road, was arrested for operating under the influence of liquor after a report of a motor vehicle accident at 9:45 p.m. Saturday on Newbury Street.
Summons
A summons was issued to Yesenia Martinez, 55, of Andover, for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to notify the RMV of a name/address change, after a motor vehicle stop at 5:15 p.m. Saturday on Lowell Street.

Herminio Carvalho, 58, of Dobbs Road, was arrested for charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle, after a caller made a reported that he was rear ended and the operator appeared to be intoxicated, at 11:19 p.m. in the vicinity of Central Street and Tremont Street.

A summons was issued to Jonathan Sawyer, 26, of Burlington, for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and not having an inspection sticker after a motor vehicle stop at 7:09 a.m. on Pulaski Street.
A summons was issued to Tommy Em, 21, of Lynn, for a charge of larceny under $1,200 after a report of shoplifting at 2:19 p.m. on Andover Street.
A summons was issued to Tuliomiguel Nascimento, 24, of Park Street, at 3:39 p.m. for a charge of threat to commit a crime.

Arrest
Adam Dequina, 48, of Central Street, was arrested for two other department warrants, failing to stop for police, resisting arrest, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, after a moped failure to stop led to a foot chase at 12:41 p.m. on Rainbow Road.

A summons was issued to Charise Pam, 32, of Chelsea, for a charge of shoplifting +$250 by concealing after a report of shoplifting at 12:16 p.m. on Andover Street.
A summons was issued to David Pare, 51, for charges of assault and battery and threat to commit a crime after a walk-in party reported threats at 7:28 p.m. on Walker Road.

A summons was issued to Rocco Giusuppe Cunsolo, 37, of Lowell Street for a charge of shoplifting by asportation, after a caller made a report at 5:17 p.m. on Andover Street that party took off with merchandise.
A summons was issued to Robert Hall, of Salem, for charges of operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle, after a motor vehicle stop at 8:37 p.m. on Lynnfield Street.

A report of a disturbance at 7:18 p.m. on Lowell Street. A male party reported that he was punched in the face. The reporting party was transported to Salem Hospital.

A report of harassment was made at 7:15 p.m. on Scenic Road. A caller reported that a female party is harassing her after being blocked on all social media platforms. The caller was advised of her harassment order rights and an officer documented the incident.
Larceny
A caller made a report at 5:14 p.m. from Videtta Street that her package was stolen. An officer documented the incident.

Tuesday, Aug. 27
Arrest
Robert Andujar, 30, of Emmet Street, was arrested for another department’s warrant at 8:56 p.m. on Emmet Street. The Lynn Police Department had probable cause to arrest for domestic changes and requested help from the Peabody PD to locate the party. Lynn PD picked up the arrested party.
Disturbance
A report of a disturbance was made at 6:38 p.m. on Essex Center Drive. A caller reported a male party with a pit bull being aggressive toward a female party. The party was advised to leash his dog.
Larceny
A report of larceny was made at 10:51 a.m. on Lynnfield Street at the Mobil – Holden Filling Station. A caller reported that a motor vehicle filled their car with gas but took off without paying. The owner was contacted and returned to pay. An officer documented the incident.
Motor Vehicles
A report of a motor vehicle accident at 7:51 a.m. on Lowell Street. Both parties refused medical attention.
Suspicious Activity
A report of suspicious activity was made at 11:57 a.m. on Centennial Drive. A caller reported a male party causing a disturbance. The male party was placed in an Uber and left the area. An officer documented the incident.
