Monday, Aug. 26
Arrests
Michael William Zdanowica Jr., 41,of Lenox Road, was arrested for a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon after a report of an argument at the gas pumps was made at 12:26 p.m. on Howley Street.
Thomas Patrick Mcsorley Jr., 38, of Boston, was arrested for charges of inhaling glue/toxic substance, shoplifting by asportation, and three other department warrants, after a shift lead called and stated that a man was stealing from the back aisles and was also sniffing a cleaner in the back of the store. The incident occurred at 5:18 p.m. at the Walgreens on Main Street.
Motor Vehicles
A report of a stolen motor vehicle was made at 2:13 a.m. on Lowell Street. A caller reported that he was giving a ride to four juveniles and they stole his motor vehicle. A BOLO was put over the North District. A pursuit ensued but failed to stop the vehicle. The pursuit was determined and the motor vehicle was last seen on I-95 North in the area of exit 62. The state was notified and the vehicle was reported as stolen.
A report of a motor vehicle accident involving two vehicles at 4:55 p.m. in the vicinity of Oak Street and Foster Street. Multiple calls were made to 911 to report the accident. Injuries were reported, but both parties refused medical attention. Two vehicles were towed.
Sunday, Aug. 25
Arrests
Albert Bena, 65, of Walnut Street, was arrested for a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol after a motor vehicle accident at 3:48 p.m. on Main Street. No injuries were reported as a result of the accident.
Mujahid Karim, 42, of Medford, was arrested for charges of operating a vehicle with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, no inspection sticker, and other department warrants, after a motor vehicle stop at 7 p.m. on Lynn Street.
Disturbances
A report of a disturbance at 12:46 a.m. on Andover Street; at 1:18 a.m. on Central Street; at 1:26 a.m. on Central Street; at 4:24 p.m. on Emmet Street; at 11:23 p.m. on Central Street.
Motor Vehicles
A report of a motor vehicle hit and run at 12:03 a.m. in the vicinity of Sutton Street and Milk Street.

Leeane Maxielle Rodriguez, 27, was arrested for charges of assault and battery, resisting arrest, and other department warrants, after a report of a disturbance at 9:08 a.m. on Tremont Street.
Maureen Hutchins, 59, of Proctor Circle, was arrested for charges of assault and battery of someone older than 60, after a report of a disturbance and possible fight in progress at 12:31 p.m. on Maple Terrace.
Scott Hutchins, 60, of Proctor Circle, was arrested for charges of assault and battery of someone older than 60, after a report of a disturbance and possible fight in progress at 12:31 p.m. on Maple Terrace.
Logan Daniel Nadeau, 29, of Danvers, was arrested for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, no inspection sticker, and a number plate violation, after a motor vehicle stop at 8:39 p.m. on Country Street.
Inegust Dyce, 28, of Salem, was arrested for a charge of trespassing at 9:28 p.m. on Lynn Street.

A report of a neighborhood dispute at 8:54 a.m. on Lake Shore Road. Peace was restored.
Friday, Aug. 23
Summons
A summons was issued to Marc Beaulieu, 48, of Richmond Hill, Georgia, for charges of operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle and a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation, after a motor vehicle stop at 12:40 a.m. in the vicinity of Washington Street and Blaney Avenue.
A summons was issued to Craig Labrie 41, of 216 Newbury Street, for a charge of threat to commit a crime, after a caller reported that a neighbor attempted to break into the caller’s residence with a hammer. An officer stated it is not a breaking and entering and appeared to be harassment. All parties declined 258E rights.

Summons
A summons was issued to Kristine Revasz, 48, of Methuen, for charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs, and both Class A and E drug possession after a report at 11:56 a.m. on Jennifer Lane.

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run was made at 8:26 a.m. on Centennial Drive. A caller reported the incident happened overnight and an officer documented it.
Larceny
A report of larceny at 2:35 p.m. on Newbury Street. Caller reported someone stole metal and other items from their property. The incident was investigated.

A report of trespassing at 8:28 p.m. on Lynn Street. A male party trespassed indefinitely, served paperwork in hand. The incident was investigated.

Arrest
Patrick Philbrick, 35, of Methuen, was arrested for charges of attempted larceny by check, utter false check, forgery of a check, larceny over $1,200, utter false check, and other department warrant, after a report of a male party trying to cash a fraudulent check at 2:54 p.m. on Andover Street.
Summons
A summons was issued to Goncalo Caires Ribeiro Neto, 54, of Main Street, for charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation after a motor vehicle stop at 4:36 p.m. in the vicinity of Lowell Street and Peabody Road.
A summons was issued to John Paul Stapp, 45, of Lynnfield, for a charge of operation under the influence of drugs after a report was made at 4:59 p.m. of a male party acting erratically and possibly rolling on the group.
A summons was issued to Nathan Ramsayer, 43, of Medford, for a charge of shoplifting by asportation after being detained by Loss Prevention at 8:39 p.m. on Andover Street.
Medical Aid
A request for medical aid was made at 11:13 a.m. on Warren Street. The patient was transported to Salem Hospital.

A caller made a report at 12:23 p.m. that they found a baggie filled with a white substance in the lobby of the TD Bank on Lynnfield Street.
Vandalism
A report of vandalism was made at 6:17 a.m. on Washington Street. A caller believed someone struck her motor vehicle. The officer stated there was no hit and run and it appeared that a bottle was thrown through a window. An officer documented the incident.
A report of vandalism was made at 1:03 p.m. on Lynn Street. A caller reported that someone threw a beer bottle at his motor vehicle. The Department of Public Works was notified to clean the shattered glass and an officer documented the incident.

Disturbances
A report of a disturbance at 7:39 p.m. on Patricia Road.
A report of a domestic disturbance at 9:21 a.m. on Andover Street. An officer stated it was a verbal dispute over male party trying to get the passcode into a female party’s phone. The female party was advised of her 209A rights and declined. The officer documented the incident.
Larceny
A homeowner made a report at 1 p.m. that a package was stolen from their porch on Columbus Road. An officer documented the incident.
Medical Aid
A request for medical aid at 9:15 a.m. on Johnson Street. The patient was transported to Salem Hospital.
Motor Vehicles
A report of a motor vehicle accident involving two cars at 8:02 a.m. on Margin Street. No injuries were reported and all parties signed medical refusals.

Suspicious Activity
A report of suspicious activity at 3 p.m. on Andover Street at the North Shore Mall. A mother called to report that she was concerned because a man followed her 13-year-old daughter and friends through the mall and was yelling at the sky. An officer located the suspect and sent them home.
A report of suspicious activity at 7:10 p.m. on Reed Road. A caller reported two male parties were knocking on doors and claiming to be from a religious organization. The parties were handing out church flyers.
