Friday, July 5

Warrant Served
An outstanding warrant was served to Brandon Cole, 38, and taken into custody at 6:36 p.m. Friday.
Marlena Michelle Flores, 41, of Everett was arrested for charges of operating under the influence, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and failure to use care after a caller reported a car driving erratically at 10:43 p.m. Friday on Lowell Street.

Saturday, July 6

Motor Vehicles
A report of a motor vehicle accident at Homewood Suites on Hotel Road at 8:44 a.m. Saturday. A caller reported two drivers having an argument. An officer stated the motor vehicle accident occurred somewhere on Route 95.
A report of a motor vehicle accident at 10:20 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of 91 Endicott St and 137 Lowell St.; at 11:52 a.m. Saturday at the Dunkin’ on 527 Lowell St; at 12:46 p.m. Saturday at 310 Lowell St.; at 4:24 p.m. Saturday at 300 Andover St. The officer could not locate the vehicles involved, parties worked it out on their own and left the area.

Thefts
A report of larceny at 4:03 p.m. at 20 Dalton Ct; for stolen money under $1,200 at 5:53 p.m. at Friendly’s restaurant on 250 Andover St. The officer will issue a summons to the suspect; for stolen money totaling $10 at 7:04 p.m. at the McDonald’s restaurant on 133 Main St. A caller reported she gave a party $10 to buy her cigarettes, but he ran off with the cash.

Sunday, July 7

Summons
A summons was issued to Francuarly Dos Reis Martins for operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license after a motor vehicle stop at 11:39 p.m. Sunday on Walnut Street.

Monday, July 8

Arrests
Jovan Lee Cortes Amaral, 22, of Salem, was arrested at 1:33 a.m. Monday on Center Street for breaking and entering of a motor vehicle.
Trey Alexander Dow, 21, of Lynn, was arrested at 1:33 a.m. Monday on Center Street for breaking and entering of a motor vehicle.

Motor Vehicles
A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 2:42 p.m. Monday on Bay State Boulevard. Officer documented the incident.
A report of a motor vehicle accident at 4:23 p.m. Monday on Lowell Street.
A report of a motor vehicle accident at 4:50 p.m. Monday on Andover Street and Cross Street.
A report of a motor vehicle accident at 7 p.m. Monday on Andover Street.

Tuesday, July 9

Arrests
Renan Garcia Cruz, 32, of Lynn was arrested for charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, an unregistered motor vehicle, and attaching plates, after a motor vehicle stop at 9:48 p.m. Tuesday on Newbury Street.

Harassment
A report of harassment. Employee reported harassment, but the other party was no longer on
scene when the officer arrived. The officer documented an ongoing issue.

Motor Vehicles
A report of a motor vehicle accident at 7:03 a.m. Tuesday on Lowell Street. One person was complaining of head pain, but refused medical transport. No cars were towed and an officer documented the incident.
A report of a motor vehicle accident involving a parked car at 10:17 a.m. Tuesday on Summit Street. Officer documented the incident.
A report of a past motor vehicle hit and run on Andover Street.
A report of a past motor vehicle hit and run on Crownshield Street and Sawyer Street.

Summons
A summons was issued to Janat Nansamba, 57, for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and an unregistered motor vehicle after a motor vehicle accident at 2:56 p.m. Tuesday on Washington Street.
A summons was issued to Maureen Elizabth Moran, 55, for animal cruelty after a caller reported a dog was left in a car with the windows up in the heat at 5:13 p.m. Tuesday on Andover Street.

Vandalism
A report of vandalism on Jennings Circle. Caller reported damage to their front door. Officer documented the incident.

Wednesday, July 10

Arrests
Timothy Bergevin, 40, of Lynn was arrested at 11:14 a.m. Wednesday on Andover Street for three outstanding warrants.
Anferne Manuel Jimenez, 28, of Salem was arrested at 9:54 p.m. Wednesday for operating under the influence, leaving the scene of property damage, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and disturbing the peace after a caller reported a vehicle crashed into a pole.

Motor Vehicles
A report of a motor vehicle accident at 8:26 a.m. Wednesday on Foster Street. There were no injuries.

Summons
A summons was issued to Joseph Lee Fowler for operating a motor vehicle after suspension after a motor vehicle stop at

Thursday, July 11

Disturbance
A report of a disturbance at 1:15 a.m. Thursday on Dearborn Road.

Motor Vehicle
A report of a motor vehicle hit and run at 8:26 p.m. Thursday on North Central Street.

Shoplifting
A report of shoplifting at 1:56 p.m. Thursday on Andover Street. Caller reported a white female with blonde hair wearing a facial mask carrying a bag filled with merchandise. Officer checked the area and could not locate the suspect, but will document the incident.

Summons
A summons was issued to Cheyenne Manson, 25, for operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle after a motor vehicle stop at 8:27 a.m. Thursday on Prospect Street.
A summons was issued to Brett Stephen Albanese, 27, of South Hamilton for assault and battery and attempted larceny after a report of a past disturbance at 1 p.m. Thursday on Washington Street.

Vandalism
A report of vandalism at 9:49 p.m. Thursday on Walnut Street. Caller reported two people breaking windows. Officer stated two juveniles punched the windows and ran down Harris Street. A neighbor reported he had both juveniles on his outdoor camera.
