Suspicious Activity
A report of suspicious activity at 11:49 p.m. on 36 Mount Vernon St. Caller reports there was an orange moped parked across the street from her residence, an unknown male party approached the moped and was “tinkering” with it. She observed what appeared to be “electrical flashes,” then that party drove off on it. Caller stated it did not appear to be a normal moped startup and she was concerned because she did not recognize the male.
