Ryan Da Silva De Jesus, 19, will be summonsed for the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Disturbances
Caller reported a car driving erratically and almost striking a child at 5:51 p.m. Sunday at Demoree Terrace.
Caller reported that someone shot a paintball in her car and hit her in the eye at 7:53 p.m. Sunday at Northend Street.
Caller reported a male party trying to take a motor vehicle while under the influence at 10:01 p.m. Sunday at Newbury Street. State PD was notified and a BOLO was put out over the north district.

Disturbances
A report of a disturbance at 12:16 a.m. Wednesday on Newbury Street. State police investigated a report of six males causing a disturbance. Officers on the scene reported the dispute was over dogs and peace was restored and parties left.
A report of a disturbance at 4:28 p.m. Wednesday on Longview Way. Caller reported verbal dispute between male and female neighbors. Officer reported only a verbal dispute and will document.
A report of a disturbance at 8:23 p.m. Wednesday on Rockway Road. Male party was reportedly off his meds and throwing things around the house. Party was transported to Salem Hospital.
Intoxicated Person
A report of an intoxicated person on a bicycle at 11:31 a.m. Wednesday on Central Street. Officers arrived, but the party was gone on arrival.
Larceny
A reporter of a stolen package on video footage at 9:12 a.m. Wednesday on Batchelder Avenue.
Motor Vehicle
A report of a motor vehicle accident resulting in injuries at 1:33 p.m. Wednesday on Andover Street at Route 128 North. State Police were notified and will handle.

Restraining Order Violation
A report of a restraining order violation at 1:34 a.m. Wednesday on Northend Street. The defendant had not been served the restraining order and has since been served by Brockton Police.
