Mayor Ted Bettencourt is pleased to announce that the annual Peabody Pride spring volunteer community cleanup has been scheduled for Saturday, May 18. Volunteers are invited to City Hall between 10 and 11:30 a.m. to pick up their cleaning supplies and then fan out to targeted areas throughout Peabody.
“There is a deep feeling of pride which comes with being part of this unique community,” Bettencourt said. “The annual spring cleanup is a great occasion to do something positive and constructive towards making Peabody an even better place.”
